Use the app Account screen to update preferences, export your data, manage devices, sign out, or delete the account. If you cannot sign in, email support from the address associated with your account. For account deletion, follow the public Delete Account resource.

Privacy and data requests

For access, correction, export, restriction, or deletion questions, contact privacy@thoughtpins.com. Thought Pins may ask for limited verification before releasing or deleting account information.

AI safety reports

Report unsafe AI output, harmful or illegal content, copyright concerns, harassment, privacy concerns, or deceptive behavior through the in-app report control or support@thoughtpins.com. Include the approximate time, platform, and request ID if available. Do not include private journal text unless support provides an appropriate channel.

Security or privacy incidents

Suspected vulnerabilities or unauthorized access should be reported privately to security@thoughtpins.com. Do not publicly disclose account data or test production accounts without authorization. See the Security page for reporting guidance.

Source and copyright concerns

Thought Pins is designed for content the user is authorized to save. To report a source-rights or copyright concern, email legal@thoughtpins.com with the source URL, a description of the work, the affected content, and contact information.

Service interruptions

During maintenance, the app may display a banner and pause new chat, journal, or import operations. Avoid repeatedly resubmitting the same content. Existing local drafts remain available where supported, and the app can be retried after the stated maintenance window.
